About me
My name is Outi, and I am a VTCT level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Reflexologist.
I studied massage therapy at Brighton City College and gained qualifications in Swedish Body Massage and Sports Massage in 2013. Since then I have also gained VTCT level 3 qualification in Reflexology, and I have a particular interest in women's health, fertility, and pain management.
I am a gold member of SMA (The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists) which is the leading professional body in the UK for sports massage therapists. This also means that you may be able to claim your sports massage treatment through your insurance.
I pride myself on updating my skills regularly by attending workshops and courses.
I have completed additional training in:
Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Advanced Reflexology Techniques, and Reflexology for Pregnancy as well as in Reproductive Reflexology. I am also a Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor.
During the past ten years, I have developed an intuitive way of working, and I tend not to follow any routines. I work there, where my touch is needed.
