About Outi – Qualified Massage Therapist & Reflexologist in Brighton
My name is Outi, and I’m a VTCT Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Reflexologist based in Brighton and Hove. I’ve been helping clients reduce pain and improve their well-being for over a decade.
I began my training in massage therapy at Brighton City College, where I qualified in Swedish Body Massage and Sports Massage in 2013. I later gained my VTCT Level 3 qualification in Reflexology, with a special interest in women’s health, fertility, and pain management.
As a gold member of the SMA (The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists) – the UK’s leading professional body for sports massage therapists – I adhere to the highest standards of practice. You may also be able to claim your sports massage treatment through your insurance.
